Local Market Leads:
♦ The local market continued its recent consolidation by ending easier, as investors decided to lock in the recent gains ahead of the key US jobs report due on Friday night.
♦ In fact, most of the local investors stayed cautious even as regional markets staged firm recoveries in the afternoon, led by a 1.44% rebound on the SHComp. For Friday, Hang Seng rose 0.59%, while Jakarta Composite resumed its bullish momentum by rising 0.51%.
