Lafarge SA mulling potential divestment. Lafarge SA (the parent company of Lafarge (M) Cement) announced that it may divest part of its controlling stake in Lafarge (M) Cement. It currently owns 62.2% stake and plans to divest 11.2%, whilst retaining its 51% controlling shareholder stake.
