YTLP’s 2QFY10 results were broadly within our and consensus expectations despite 1H net profit of RM481m (+22% yoy) accounting for around 41% of our and consensus full-year estimates. 1H tends to be a seasonally slower period for Wessex and we expect earnings to pick up sequentially.
