Digi to sell Apple’s iPhones ... According to StarBiz, Digi has signed a three-year agreement to sell the Apple iPhone in Malaysia. The deal will bring to an end Maxis’ monopoly on selling iPhones in Malaysia. Meanwhile, Celcom was reportedly considering such an arrangement as well. Digi’s agreement follows on the back of the recent experience in Singapore, where both M1 and Starhub had started selling the iPhones from early Dec 2009.
