4Q09 results came in below expectation. FY09 core net loss of RM 2.9m was below our expectations, as we expect full-year net profit of RM0.9m. The variance was mainly due to: 1) lower-than-expected demand on ESL modules on account of still uninspiring corporate spending; and 2) higher provision for write down of inventory.
