Selling land for RM36m. BAT has entered into an SPA with Nestle to dispose of a piece of leasehold land measuring approximately 40.6k sq m located in Shah Alam for RM36m. The land carries with it an office building and manufacturing block. The lease on the land ends on 8 Sept 2066.
