♦ Rights and warrants issuance finalised. The company finalised its rights
and warrants issuance on Tuesday. Post 1 November 2010, 122.8m new
shares (on the basis of three new shares for every eight existing shares)
together with up to 61.4m free detachable warrants (on the basis of one
warrant for every two rights shares subscribed) will be issued. The rights are
priced at RM0.59 each and will thus raise proceeds of RM72.4m; while the
warrants’ exercise price has been fixed at RM1.00 each.
